Alternative Dispute Resolution for Consumer Disputes (ADR)
Dispute Policy
In the event of an online consumer dispute, the consumer may resort to the European Online Dispute Resolution Platform, which has jurisdiction to resolve disputes relating to contractual obligations arising from online sales or service contracts.
